Prab has been working in Research and Healthcare for over 18 years delivering results in various global positions held in Europe and Australia. He is a resourceful team leader with a strategic business mind that has ensured fast, successful and high standard implementation of projects. His experiences gained over the years have been in clinical product manufacture, research and development in both the private and public sectors giving him a unique point of view. Prab constantly strives to encompass his experiences and distinct ownership innovatively in any situation providing guidance, drive and conclusions.
Prab is currently the Director of the Molecular Imaging and Therapy Research Unit within the SAHMRI state flagship building of the Adelaide Bio-medical Precinct.
- • 7 years of experience as Director of a TGA Licensed sterile injectable manufacturing facility developing advanced processes and working alongside the TGA.
- • Specialist in Radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, research and project delivery.
- • Obtained and held various facility and manufacturing licensing with authorities globally in record times.
- • Designed and consulted on various facilities across Europe and Australia to achieve internationally recognised standards.
- • Resourceful problem solver for process and design defects in timely, cost effective and to high standards.
Projects:
- • Currently actively consulting on three radiopharmaceutical projects across Australia.
- • Providing guidance to various industry standards and authorities in Australia.
- • Developing multiple collaboration projects across the world in cutting edge research for imaging of neurological diseases and treatment of cancers, providing licensing and process advice.
- • Assisting Australian Clinicians in patient service set up.
Achievements:
- • Federal TGA License in Radiopharmaceutical's achieved in 8 months in Adelaide, shortest time frame in Australia.
- • National MHRA Specials License achieved in 9 months for Fluorine-18 based Radiopharmaceutical's in the UK.
- • Achievement of MHRA National Marketing Authorisation for FDG in the UK.
- • Assisted in the achievement of National Licensing in many countries across the world working in GE Healthcare.
- • Involved and achieved numerous successful tenders for supply of agents, personnel, services and designing alongside operations over the 18 years in the Industry.
